Do you need remote support?

When a computer system issues arises, it may be necessary for a technician to access your system remotely. If you are working with an iTechNS technician and they have directed you to this page, please input the session code they have provided to you and press the Connect button. A small application will be downloaded to your system. You can start the application by pressing Ctrl+J (Windows), Cmd+J (Mac), available in most browsers, and you will see the ZA_Connect application in the download list. Access and start the downloaded application to allow the technician to remotely access your system, and attempt to correct the issue you are experiencing.
